How we got here
I grew up in a world where words were not the primary way of understanding people. Both of my parents were deaf. From a very early age, I learned to observe instead of listen, to read behavior instead of relying only on what was said, and to understand what is not visible on the surface. That ability never left.
In business, I kept seeing the same pattern. Organizations say one thing, but behave in another way. Strategies look strong on paper, but fail in execution. Not because people are not capable, but because the system they operate in is misaligned. Over the past 25 years, I have worked across industrial environments, software organizations, and international growth contexts. I have seen companies invest heavily in technology, people, and strategy, and still underperform. Not because ambition was missing, but because alignment was.
That became the foundation of Fortinova. We are not built to deliver advice alone. We are built to redesign how organizations work so strategy, structure, ownership, and behavior move as one system. His perspective was shaped early by learning to observe what sits beneath the surface, to read behavior, patterns, and misalignment rather than relying on words alone. That lens became central to his work with leadership teams.
Throughout his career, he has seen organizations invest heavily in strategy, technology, and people, yet still underperform because execution was not aligned with intention.
